If you need to Probate a Will or Administrate an Estate, but for whatever reason do not have an Administrator or Executor willing or able to serve, our office can act as either Administrator or Executor.

Some reasons why you may not have an Administrator or Executor available are:

• You are a convicted felon. Convicted felons cannot serve as an Administrator or Executor.
• You are a nonresident of the United States. Nonresidents cannot serve without having somebody who is a resident as a co-Administrator or co-Executor.
• Distrust among beneficiaries and no consensus as to which beneficiary will act as Administrator or Executor.
• The Executor named in the Will has passed away.
