HOW MUCH: Our fees depend on the complexity of the issue and the length of time required for its completion. Some issues are billed hourly and other issues are billed at a flat rate. Some prices are listed on the website (for example $750 residential real estate closings); those that aren’t will require a price quote from our staff. If the price is not listed on the website, please call us for a price quote.
WHEN PAID: Some issues will require full payment upfront, yet others can be paid upon completion (or part upfront and part upon completion). Please call us for a detailed explanation of when your payment will be due.
